Updated it a bit!

Fixed a bug when filenames/paths involved unicode. Now fully supports unicode!

Added some basic assembly information to the DLL:

Non-silent installation is now the default, so upon a successful installation you will actually get a message from regsvr32 that the DLL was successfully registered.
